After much trial and error and talking to several pediatricians the most suggested ones were Triple Paste and Dr. Smiths. My preference is Dr. Smiths but when I need to save a few dollars I get the Triple Paste and it works just as well it just takes a bit longer to work.

Ive always used penaten and vasaline over it at every diaper change and neither of my kids have ever had anything close to a rash. I also use arbonne bum rash cream at times to. Ive tried differant stuff but nothing consistant enough to recommend besides Penaten.

Calmoseptine. You have to get it from the pharmacy counter, but it clears up diaper rash super quick.

We used Badger Baby Balm organic diaper cream and Seventh Generation baby wipes to ensure that only safe, chemical free products were used on our little guy!

Quoting Devil Duckie:" Calmoseptine. You have to get it from the pharmacy counter, but it clears up diaper rash super quick. "

This or Resinol has always worked wonders. Sometimes depends if the diaper is from being wiped so much due to diarrhea or just irritated from feces and urine. DS was so raw from diarrhea and being cleaned that Resinol only worked when the Calmoseptine didn't. Thats what I have noticed. Always used unscented, hypoallergenic wipes just in case baby is allergic.
