did he call you immediately when it happened?
I would be livid regardless if he didn't contact immediately.

Is your ex abusive? Is there a pattern of her coming home with injuries on her body? Do you know him to be generally irresponsible in terms of adequately supervising her?

If not then I wouldn't jump to conclusions and immediately think the worst. Some of the comments IMO are ridiculous and it's no wonder people at times don't want to be around children when they are constantly a suspect. Accidents happen unfortunately.

i dont have a clue what neosporin is lol....

she has said she fell off the trampoline and that she 'felled off a hair' so not sure which one, she very accident prone so she probably cant single out which time she hurt herself(seriously she's always got bruises all up her legs shes terrible)

my first thought too 'blissful six' or a cat or something :?

no call, he told me when he dropped her off, about 4 hours after it happened

It looks like she could have fallen through something like that. Maybe you should get other people who she trust to ask her and see if she changes the story if so then I'll be calling community services or child protection services.

he was abusive to me physically, mentally and sexually. but as far as i know hes never hurt her, he doesnt even spank her and hates that i do.

she always comes home hurt, from daycare, friends houses, his house, and she gets hurt at mine a lot too, shes insanely accident prone(shes definitely my daughter haha)

I'd be very annoyed I wasn't called immediately, my ex would call me immediately over that, but we talk constantly through the day.
It does look like she fell on something, maybe off a trampoline onto a chair?
I'd call him and ask what happened, I'm not suggesting its abuse, I'd personally like to know.
I told my ex recently my son fell onto a stair, which explained a mark which then bruised in a straight line. I share this stuff so expect it to be reciprocated.

If he has been abusive to you then yes I would be wary if she comes home with injuries. However you do say he has never been abusive to her and she is constantly coming home with injuries no matter where she goes as she is very accident prone so I think to jump to conclusions wouldn't be wise.

My kids' dad's answer is always "I don't know". So frustrating!

I scratched my son tonight by accident catching him when he fell off a stool. Now I feel like I should tell my ex!
