I've decided to start eating a vegetarian and wheat free diet. Also I'm eliminating cows milk and most cheese too.

I've become addicted to homemade almond milk lol

Anyhow anybody else eat this way and have some tasty recipes? Good/bad experiences?

My son is on an all gluten free diet. He is allergic to wheat, soy, peanuts, and eggs (white and yolk) I have recipes but none you would probably enjoy since he is only 20 months old. lol

omg it's awful! I have a 7 year old who will eat most anything I put in front of him so he's not so bad, a picky as f**k 3 year old who eats cereal or PB&J sandwiches, I don't eat meat but my husband LOVES any and all meat and than I have Jackson who is basically allergic to everything. Everyone in this house is on a different meal plan/diet. It takes me like 5 hours just to plan and cook dinner. lol
