i cant. lol. i get like day 5 and im in so much pain i give up.
i've tried to do it so many times, i think the most ive done was 7 days.
did you do 30 days in a row or did you give yourself a day or two off each week or the end of the level?
and if you did do it, if you dont mind sharing your weight or measurement loss? i need motivation!

I did the 30 days straight.
You get less sore as each day goes by.
Personally I think taking a day or two off each week is better for your body so you don't injure yourself unless you're working completely different muscle groups every day. You can still do the 30 days, it will just take longer adding breaks in there.
I need motivation too. I bought the dvd a couple weeks ago and have yet to take the plastic off....... I'm terrible :oops: lol
definitely take a break... your muscles need recovery time.
I did 10 days then gave up, only because my LO stresses out when I do it, and I cant do it when shes sleeping because our place is small and it will wake her up. I noticed it was slightly easier by the 10th day. I wish DD wouldnt pack a shit so I could finish it!
I lost about 12lb during my 30 days. I took 1-2 days off total, not per week.
I had really great results!!
So I need to just man up and stick with it then?
Ugh it hurts so bad though lol. But no pain no gain right?!
