after I finished, I went to BKs website and looked at the nutrition info and found that what I had just consumed was 1200cal. I nearly died.

I've had serious pms cramps this week so I haven't been able to stand to cook much. Steak out & dominos have been my go to even though I knew better. I love to eat!

Obviously you took what I said a bit to literal. I mean learn how to have a healthy balanced diet without cutting out all "bad foods". That's how diets fail people can't stick to them because they feel deprived. If you can make. Lifestyle change to eating healthier and enjoying sweets and other bad foods in moderation it's much better for long term success.



OP maybe next time make some baked onion rings to satisfy the craving instead of heading to BK.

I totally suck at cooking. Do you have a step by step recipe?? lol. That's another thing, I'm slowly learning how to cook to help better my chances with all this

I suck at cooking too. I can bake though. Cookies, cakes, stuff that isn't good for me.



SO and I tried doing baked onion rings, they turned out horribly!

OMFG! You DON'T know what steak out is?! They deliver steaks, steak tips, burgers, grilled chicken filet sandwiches, cookies, triple chocolate cake, new york cream cheese cake, baked potatoes, salads & chips! LOVE their grilled chicken sandwiches. Talk about orgasm in your mouth! More people need to visit AL for this reason :D

I don't buy I'm sure you could google one. I actually just spent about an hour of today with a nutritionist so all the info is like fresh in my head. Cooking is tons of fun once you learn what you're doing. Experiment and try new things start simple and go from there. Accept that you will have set backs but keep working towards your end goal. It's not just about loosing weight but keeping it off. Try changing habits not just focusing on cutting things out.

Yep. Other big things to focus on eat your Protien first and try to eat lean proteins. Take breaks between bites and try to make your meal last 20-30 min as it takes 20 min for your brain to know your full.
