Dh does too. He loves PB EVERYTHING... Peanut butter and pumpkin. He'll eat anything if those two things are in it.

They are so good!
The cookie part is softer than I thought it would be, but still very good!

Have you made this recipe before? Or a different one?

i haven't! i haven't even made one similar. but now that you have and it's good i'm definitely going to :P
i wonder if once they've set for awhile longer the cookie will get harder?

either way i bet it's amazing :D

I left them in the fridge over night, got them out this morning and cut some out and took some over to my parents and the cookie was softer than when I cut it. Maybe eat them cold, or coldish.
We tried them last night after they were refrigerated for half hour or so after the chocolate set.

Aww :)

It says to use a 13x9 cake pan.
I used less caramel and less chocolate chips than it called for, still came out great!

I used one bag of Kraft caramels and one bag of semi sweet chocolate chips.
Each came out to about 2 cups vs 2.5 and 3 cups.

Worth the extra trip out :)

ahh, good to know!
and true :) the only thing we don't have is the caramels!
