I've never made either of these before, but I'm all about trading starches for cauliflower. Which would you make for tonight?

I don't know that I'd use those toppings though...

I made cheesey garlic "biscuits" a few weeks ago. They were super tasty so I'd probably make the cheesy bread. If you haven't made it before I would squeeze out the extra moisture with a cheese cloth. I didn't even cook mine in water, just chopped it in the food processor and cooked it dry in the microwave. It still came out super wet and made a mess cooking.

Yum.. I've been wanting to try the cauliflower pizza, so do PIZZA! Cause then I can hear how it was and maybe make it myself. :)

So you used a food processor for the texture? I don't have a ricer, I was just going to grate it.

Yup, I don't have a ricer either and had no intention of grating cauliflower for 10 min, LOL. I just pulsed it a few times in the food processor, worked great!
