I was GD last time so I HAD to exercise everyday for at least an hour. I was very tired, but I simply forced myself and after a while the exercise actually gave me more energy. I did walking everyday and water aerobics.

Yeah....I would concentrate more on your diet now then exercising.

Babies can take 26lbs off you at birth due to the baby, placenta, increased water/blood volume. I wouldnt worry about the 20lbs you gained, its baby not stubborn fat.

I lost 40lbs the first 2 days after delivering my son and another 20 3 weeks after by breastfeeding. (i gained 80!!!)

My exercise is doing laundry. Lmao.
I get energy every now and then, that's not my problem. I can't move around a ton without being in pain :(

I really need to watch my diet that's for sure. Why did I buy those girl scout cookies?

Are you serious? I'm impressed lol. I gave up exercise when "morning" (all day) sickness set in and lasted for about 6 months. If I try to exercise now, it feels like the baby is going to fall out of my butt it's so uncomfortable! But definitely stay active if you've been so far, that's going to help when you deliver! :)

I wasn't really exercising unless you count my obsession with a clean house here lately as exercise. But I really need to because my weight gain is starting to speed up. At one appoinment I gained 4 lbs in 3 weeks then the next one I gained 3 lbs in 2 weeks and I'm expecting about the same this time!

Ha oh yeah I remember that feeling with my first. At an appt a few weeks ago, they told me I gained 7 pounds in a week! I about passed out but the scale wasn't working thank God I didn't really gain that much haha. I've tried to go on some walks with my toddler at the park since it's been so nice lately, it's not cardio but at least it's something! :)

I need to start doing that with my toddler. It's only 40 degrees out today or I would do it today!
