Sure is :D it's milk from almonds you milk them lol. It's not cows milk

If it filling you up, its probably the better option that eating. (if that's what you're going for.) Skim milk is best because its fat free. Drinking a tall glass of water before a meal or if you get hungry is best because its the best thing for your body and there are no calories or fat. eating a salad (without a lot of extra stuff on it) before a meal is good too. But don't forget that your body needs sugars and fats.. just the right kind. You can find these in fruits.



The main thing I have noticed that helps me get fit fast isn't so much dieting or cutting out food (except for like fast foods) is just portion control. Not eating late at night. Cutting out soda and really fatty or greasy foods will make you feel better anyways so its good to do.
