Quoting A Beautiful Disaster:" calls for 1lb and 700ml of sauce"

Yeah, make 50% more extra of both. One the top layer I didn't even have enough for half of it, even trying to spread it thin. And besides that, DH likes it to be plenty meaty.

Quoting A Beautiful Disaster:" a kraft one i got from the store. Its says to use uncooked noodles???"

If the box of noodles are 'express' then you don't have to cook them. They will cook in the oven. I've used them once, and I LOVE them! Cuts down on time. The sauce will seem a little runny while you're making it, but the extra liquid helps cook the noodles.

Also, sprinkle Italian seasoning in the sauce and on top before you bake it....so good!

If you like the taste of fresh herbs, I highly recommend mixing in fresh chopped cilantro with your ricotta and mozzarella cheese, depending how you layer it. It tastes amazing.

Mine was meat, noodles, cheese, mozzarella(separate than the other cheeses). Meat was the top layer, then add mozzarella on top after cooking for 45 minutes, and cook 15 more minutes.

I always use the ready to use noodles that you dont have to precook. And I put sauce on the bottom so it soaks up into the noodles.
Sauce, noodles, sauce, noodles, filling+sauce, noodles, sauce. My mom told me to always have sauce touching the noodles to make sure they dont dry out. I want lasagna now :(

Ill try to make some adjustments and try it again.
