The last 10 pounds are the hardest to lose. Well I say it's the last 20. I have been stuck between 136-140 for the past month! It's driving me insane!!! Any tips?

Anything in your diet that is high is sugar that you can cut out? Also, what is your workout/actvity like?

I don't think so.. Think being the key word. I have a protein shake every morning, fruit for my am snack, tuna sandwich or chicken salad for lunch, veggies for my pm snack, & then whole wheat pasta & chicken parm or brown rice with tilapia or chicken breast for dinner. I think that's okay. What do you think? I just changed my exercise routine up because I was thinking maybe my body for used to my old routine. So I uped my jogging & started squats with weights & am thinking about maybe a kickboxing video? Idk. I either feel really despite or depressed.. Idk lol. Sorry for any typos!

No worries. Well, bread is really high in sugar and calories. Perhaps use a flax wrap or something gluten free for sandwiches.
I wouldn't worry so much about your weight and focus more on how you feel and look in your clothes.
Have you tried Yoga? I LOVE Yoga and it really does help 'trim the edges' so to speak.

Which reminds me, I just found this helpful thing here--->
http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/

Something just rung in my head, about BMR. It's the amount of calories your body needs at a minimum to maintain regular body functions. So basically, if you don't get enough calories, your body won't lose weight because it's storing everything as fat. This may help, and I hope it helps.

The site also has other tools that are very usful. Oh, I wouldn't suggest the military body fat calculator. I think it's off because it only uses 3 different measurements.

Thanks! I'm going to see what it says about me. Maybe I'm eating too few calories!
