I just did a 25 minute workout burned 400 calories.
I started feeling so nauseated!
so I got off and ate something, that didn't make me feel better, so I drank some coke, to get my blood sugars up....and that helped somewhat.

has this happened to you?
does this sound like hypoglycemia?

moderate: Symptoms caused by release of extra adrenaline and by lack of glucose getting to the brain both occur but the individual is able to self-treat
