That is such an amazing story. I love that you express the vulnerability and self doubt during the process but that you were able to over come and feel more empowered by it. And a beautiful name.

It's stories like this that make me wish I could have a home birth!!

That's awesome. Congrats. Makes me super jealous and feel less "womanly" I guess that I had to have csections. Glad your labor worked out the way you wanted!

CONGRATS!!! I read it last night while i was falling asleep. You make such cute babies! I'm so jealous of your homebirth (hope i can try for one next time around!) & youre NOT helping my baby fever in the slightest! <3 <3

thank you everyone. I am really proud of myself on this one...its not for everyone, but it was right for me and my family, so Im glad we had a healthy pregnancy and birth in order to make this happen.

and @ Sara... having a 3 year old and a newb at home 24/7 is NOT fun haha. I mean, I love it, but it is alot harder than I anticipated.(I havent showered in probably 8 days) does that help the baby fever? Unless we have an oopsie baby because DH refuses to get snipped then we are done!

Congrats, she is adorable.
I would love to have experienced a home birth, just once.
I also have a 3 year old and newb at home, and it's exhausting!!! Thank god my oldest goes to school. I don't think I could handle 3 at home 24/7

I have an 8yr old daughter in school. School days are my favourite, coz she and my 3yr old do nothing but fight lol
