I want to make creamed chicken with veggies over biscuits for dinner. I don't have regular milk. Could I substitute carnation partially skimmed?
Any good recipes out there for this?

Like..small cans of carnation skimmed milk? Might taste different but it's worth a try lol

I make a creamy tortilla chicken soup, I just use chicken broth and add a lot of sour cream and a bit of cream cheese to get the creamy part when I don't have half & half in the house :)
