I know *how* to make them. If you can't find any I'd be willing to make some but I'd have to experiment with sizes. I've only made a pattern for a size 5 and size 3-6 mos haha. So it may take awhile. And you'd have to keep in mind I'm not a professional sewer. I sew for my kids so its not like store bought perfect or wahm perfect. But I'd be willing to do it and they are

The cost of Whatever fabric you wanted plus Idk what's fair for labor since I'm not a wahm or anything haha. But I'm not trying to get rich since I don't do them for work.
So I guess it depends on what fabric you want first. And I make them with an elastic neck because some people just put the ribbon through the neck but that a choking hazard so I make it look like its pulled through but really it's elastic inside. And I put some kind of embellishment on them like a button or ribbon flower. Lemme get some pics to show you....

Sorry it took so long to reply, my internet is slow on my computer, thats why Im usually mobile haha! I tried to embed the pics but it wasnt working :( so i had to do links.

these are just the examples ive made, you can choose the embellishments, fabric, and ribbon however youd want.

this is the infant one I made. it would probably fit like 0-6 mos give or take. My dd is in 0-3 mo clothes and this is how it fits her (sorry bad pictures she was not happy with me haha) I dont have a name for this design. and I realized once putting it on i'd have to shorten the ribbon, and use a thinner ribbon :P

This is the size 4/5 I made for my older dd.(I do have some of this fabric left probably enough for the two sizes you want, I bought it cause I was going to sell them before but I was working too much). I call this design watermelon.

I don't really stock on fabrics except like fleece remnants haha (for making diapers haha). But what are you picturing? I can watch the store for a good deal. I would probably attempt a diaper cover for the infant dress and the toddler if you wanted like some bloomers for her (I know how toddlers are haha). And I'd definitely have a satisfaction guarantee. If it didn't fit or you didn't like something I'd redo it.

That was interesting haha O.o

Anyway, I'm glad this post came back up. Did you find someone to make them for you? I decided to start making them. I'm in the middle of a Sesame Street themed one for a bday party ATM. If you're still interested I would be more than happy to design something to suit your needs :) I'm charging $20 which includes the dress, bloomers, and choice of matching socks or hair accessory, plus shipping. Or I would do $25 ppd with both socks and a hair accessory.
