I found a recipe for fried pickles and it basically calls for a "beer batter". I've never done it before, but I'm assuming since the batter is getting cooked the alcohol would be cooked away and I can eat them?
It calls for 3/4 cup of beer.

Or, should I find a different recipe?

Ok, that's what I thought, because I've heard of beer battered food before, just never tried it.

We have one bud light in the fridge, would that be OK to use? I know nothing about beer taste lmao.
