Sweet! I think the first week was the hardest for me. What other workout do you do? I just do squats, planks, and yoga.

I skipped day 4 (the rest day) so now I'm on day 6. I'm loving it. Has anyone seen any results yet?

You need to rest when it says too. You will end up hurting yourself.

I will when they start getting to be a lot. Squats are quite easy for me (not sure why but I struggle really hard with other exercises like planks, etc) so when they start getting hard i will.

This and you will not see results. Your muscles build up while resting. You cannot build muscles while working out.

I want to buy a beachbody program but I am not sure which one. Everyone I know does either p90x or Insanity and I don't think I want to do either of those. I've been thinking of trying the Brazil Butt Lift.
