I don't need to lose anything, I have been trying my damndest to get to 110 pounds and I just made it there after hovering around 100-105 for the past 2 years. I want to gain 5-10 more pounds and continue toning.

I did weights the first day but haven't done them since then. :lol:

yeah I have some hand weights and a kettle weight that I can use to do them at home. They have a weight bar I can use if I do them at the gym, but I feel silly doing them at the gym :oops:

yeah I don't know why but its like the only thing I feel uncomfortable doing at the gym. I came home and did them after the gym this morning LOL

Day 2 55 squats done :)
