I have the same question 'cause I want to start making yogurt.
I heard of people using it for bread and in smoothies but I dunno. So... watching haha
I just boiled it up and made ricotta. My cheese FAILED lol... I'm going to get raw milk, it'll probably turn out better.
You don't actually get a lot of whey when you make yogurt, not like cheese. lol Then again, I mixed some whey into my yogurt and made drinks for Lukas.
I'm sure. I'm going to do greek yogurt though and I think you get a bit more whey from that.
I need to make up smoothie bags anyway. MM smoothies.
Sorry your cheese failed. I'm sure it's one of those things you have to practice. I'm not confident enough to try cheese... yet.
I REALLY need a deep freezer. >_<
