Guacamole!! Kristin B. +down.45+ 1 child; Montgomery, Alabama 2032 posts

Last night I bought the ingredients needed to make home made guacamole. My only concern is I've NEVER diced a tomato. What's the easiest way to get the seeds out and dice it without everything turning into mush???

Note: I bought what was called "slicing tomatoes" at the store lol

When you cut them you might be able to rinse them and it should wash some off. I wouldn't mind the seeds on there too much. But not all have that in them so they might be ok. But idk the diff. I don't use tomatoes in mine so I'm not sure.

Roma tomatoes are the best to use in "dicing recipes" don't worry about the seeds, just chop it however you'd chop any other veggie

I never even thought of doing it this way, but this is a great idea

I always use avocado, tomato, onion, lime juice and salt and just throw it all in my food processor. Super yummy!

This is the same ingredients we used in our restaurant.

Avocado, tomato, onion, AND cilantro, salt, lime juice. We made ours chunky because customers didn't like it pureed.

Mash it up in a bowl if you don't mind a chunky texture. Customers liked it better that way, to them it seemed more "authentic".
