I know that it can regenerate, but i finally am losing mine today. Does that mean that your cervix is starting to dilate or can it come out and you not be dilated at all? I've also just felt horrible the last couple days, tons of nausea, diarrhea (tmi sorry) , horrible headaches and lots of cramping. Thinking these might be my really early signs of labor. What were your early signs of labor?

Meh, I've been "losing" mine for weeks now. I guess it keeps regenerating. I have had lots of cramping and contractions for weeks now and we still don't have a baby so I don't think it really means a whole lot. :)
