I also find a lot of sports, that people spend a lot of money on, to be quite stupid and a waste of money :lol:

I get what you're saying but there is still a difference in being to full to finish and eating for fun.
And personally I try not to make a plate so full that I will have to throw the rest of it away. And if possible I put the rest away for later.
I hate throwing away/wasting food.
