Has anyone done it? I know it's going to be hard, but how hard exactly?
DH and I are thinking about getting it. He's hoping to get to go to Marines OCS this summer, and needs to get in better shape for that (he easily meets all of the requirements, but wants to be more in shape), and obviously doesn't have very long. I just want to tone up.

I thought I was going to die the first time I did it.
Lmao, they have a little intro thing, and if you can't get through it all then you aren't physically ready for the real deal yet.
But I stuck with it and it ended up being too much for me, I got way too thin. But for a workout that just had me popping in a DVD everyday, it was good.

I did it and then again lol even got my shirt. I love it but the warm up does get a bit boring. It is a challenge in the beginning but as it says you get better everyday you do it.

That's what I'm worried about. I'm a fit person, but haven't worked out in a LONG time. I also don't want to get TOO thin. I have about 8 lbs to lose until I'm back at pre-pregnancy weight, and want to trim my stomach and legs a little. Is there a "light" version to do if you start getting too thin? Or do you just have to completely stop doing it?

just eat more really, more protein so you will gain muscle and not lose fat and muscle. I liked the workout. I liked having a partner to do it with too. We laughed at each others failures :P Eventually got competitive with each other which was great motivation.
