lol I literally just went shopping today and I don't have half of the stuff you guys are having. No hot dogs or frozen meals. I don't really eat sandwiches. We just had some turkey bacon because it was gonna go in the chicken, but I only made 4 peices lol.

My stupid ass forgot to take something out of the freezer for dinner so, it will most likely be a ground beef dish.

Cereal and salad for me and a pbj for LO. DH will have ?? Maybr sausage and peppers or shrimp fried rice. Or maybe not, I really don't know

lol we ended up just eating mashed potatoes, then ice cream. Oh well. Tomorrow is a new day! (with fresh chicken defrosting! lol)

It's not a lot of work when you had a coupon for Bob Evans mashed potatoes and bought them for an occasion exactly like tonight!

Waaay less work than peeling, dicing and boiling the potatoes, shredding the cheese,.mashing the.poatoes by hand, etc

Yeah, all that work is for later on in the week. I don't mind doing it, but the peeling is a pain in the ass!
