Whenever I make muffins the paper liners always stick to the muffin. How do I get them to stop doing that?

I never make muffins in a liner. Just put the batter right in the pan. I do spray non-stick spray in the pan though.

I tried that once and the muffins came out burnt black. You could only eat the tops lol.

the spray had nothing to do with that lol. It doesnt make it cook faster....... its just basically a barrier between the liners and mixture

I dunno lol. The liners were damp from the spray so the heat went through? Who knows.

You don't use spray and liners together
