I'm seriously losing my mind. For the past 3 weeks all DS does is fight sleep. And when he fights it, he fights it hard. He just screams and cries no matter what I do. I rock him, hold him, walk him, pat his butt, give him a bath, lay him down...etc. Eventually he just gives up and falls asleep. IDK what else to do. This happens MULTIPLE times a day, EVERYDAY. What can I do? Please help.

Note: he hates being swaddled.

How old? Teething? If you think it's teething, try tylenol before bed one night and see if the behaviour changes

He doesn't have a swing and no, he won't sleep in his bouncer :/ the only places he'll sleep are in my arms, the bassinet, or his crib.

He's almost 5 months. He's been teething since about 3mo so I don't think that's what the problem is. IDK.

:/

Is he feeling okay? DS is like that when he doesn't feel good. Which has been often.

He seems fine. Nothing out of the normal. He doesn't have a high temp.

Have you felt in his mouth recently? The two weeks leading up to his first tooth was just like you're describing.

It's not. I check that often because he's a pretty gassy baby.

He could very well be teething. That's about how old mine was when his first teeth came completely through.

Good luck! The first tooth is usually the worst, until the molars (if it is his teeth).
