Could be how the baby is positioned he or she is putting pressure on the bottom of your rib cage and may have knocked it out of place which is causing your sternum to be tender

You might have pulled an intercostal muscle or something like that.

I've experienced chest pain from heartburn and blood clots in my lungs and even bronchitis. It could be a variety of things.

When you lay down does it become unbareable? Are you burping a lot? Do you have any wheezing?

I had the exact same pain you are talking about right around my 11th week of pregnancy that went on until my 13th week. I'm still not sure what it was.... But you aren't alone and it will go away

Sitting back and laying down make it worse, but not unbearable... And its not heartburn. No burping or wheezing.
