The "O" makes me think Thorax, so I prefer the "u" spelling. Thuraya has to be a little known company or not in the U.S so it shouldnt be a big deal

What about doing Ibtisam Thuraya?
Since you said your hubby likes Thuraya best and then you could still get your Ibby. :)
