gluten free fail! user banned

My first attempt at GF cookies, was a complete fail :(
I quickly glanced at the bag of flour, it said it could be used in place of AP 1:1......
It didn't keep reading to see that I should add xanthan gum.
1. can I mix it in to the batter now?
2. where can I buy it?

Is it still in batter form? If it is then yes, just add it now.

It is, after the first pan didn't work, I put the rest back in the fridge.

I would just try to add proportionally the right amount for how much batter is left.

Not sure, I'm canadian and we don't have that store here. I know I can always get it at a health food store though.
