Getting body back after baby Lovemommylife Due June 2 (girl); 1 child; 3 angel babies; New Mexico 1421 posts

I am three months postpartum. Before pregnancy I weighed 135. I wasn't that toned but wasn't like I am now, "loose". I still have ten pounds to loose. My stomache isn't what bothers me its how my ass lost its shape. It's fat saggy with sadlebags and stretch marks and cellulite. Disgusting how did pregnancy kill my ass this bad. I want to start working out but something always comes up, I get sick or I start bleeding(don't know why) and I am feeling really down. By now I should be back to my pre pregnancy body.

I highly recommend the 30 day shred.

Its only 20 mins a day. Extremely effective, will give you the boost you need and confidence!

I feel the same as you. Also 3 months PP. I am 10 pounds heavier than I was before....and I can't even fit into my jeans anymore. Warmer weather is coming and I don't even want to think about myself in a pair of shorts!

I just have no motivation. :/ I love food...and I'm always busy during the day with the baby and stuff.

You will never have your pre pregnancy body. The sooner you realize that, the better. Everything isn't going to snap back by 3 months pp, it doesn't work that way for everyone. Do some cardio and squats. Most importantly,be patient.

Your body isn't going to just bounce back (as awesome as that would be). You have to work out for it to be anything close to what is use to be. I had my youngest almost 1 year ago and I'm still not back to how I was before having her and thats with working out a lot.

You sound like a t.v. commercial lmao :)

OP you can work out but it something you will have to keep up with to get close to what you looked like. I go to the gym and try to make it 3-4 times a week and I do the eliptical 30-45 minutes and it helps shape up my ass alot!

Good luck!!

heck im a heavy set girl...i will be 3 months pp in a couple of days..but during my pregnancy i gained a lot of weight more then i should...but after i had her i lost 54 lbs ...and i still need to lose another 40-45 lbs to get down to my weight before pregnancy...but im finding it very difficult..i was left in the hospital for a week an a half longer than normal after c section because my health deteriorated after i had her..my body was not accepting the pains meds an my infection had return prior to giving birth...but since then my a** has gotten bigger literally ...my stomach is slowly going down but i cant start doing crunches until another month because my doctor said it still swollen and it had reopened in a small section....been having pain there ..but i so want to start doing crunches to get it toned up...

you should just try light cardio. Like walking. It will help and burn fat. Then in a few months when your body is healed perfectly, you'll already be up in endurance and hopefully some weight you'll be able to go right into strength

Ive never had a c-section, so Im probably not the best one to give you advice.

I love my cardio DVD"yoga, booty, ballet' from Beachbody.
Its gets my heart rate going and still light enough to do while pregnant. If you can get your hands on it you might wanna try.

I am over 200+ not pregnant. I think the best is just to do something everyday ( I have a treadmill) and drink water, water, water and make healthy choices :)

Give me 6 months and Id love to join you :)

i too am over 200+ ...will try an get my hands on some exercise DVD's.... don't really like the gym member ship idea...to be honest it doesn't motivate me ..because you just stay in that one spot on a machine ...its like before i got pregnant i had a trainer...he said people lose more weight walking on the streets or at a park then in a building ..because you have the environment to see ..though it would be nice to have a workout buddy with the same goals :)
