Will you still get money if your partner was shot or stabbed from gang members?

Like life insurance policy will still pay out if it's found out it was a murder related to gang activities?

I would hope not, sorry but don't agree with it. Not an acidental death.

Well is the person a gang member? Or were they just in the wrong place at the wrong time?

Innocent bystander, yes.
Gang member, not likely.

If they pay out for suicides, they should pay out for gang related deaths.

Are you saying they don't pay for suicide? If so, that isn't true all of the time.

It depends, really. If HE was doing something illegal no. But if a gang member shot him like in an initiation type thing and he wasn't involved what so ever then yes.

OP, I think it would depend on the circumstances....but this isn't exactly a usual question, so I'm not sure. lol

I'm wondering why families that have people in gangs don't put out life insurance policies on their spouses.

They lead that kind of life, you'd think with drug money, etc.. they'd do it, as a precaution.

Instead of the million car washes I see all the time.

Like I said, not all. But, my father's paid out when he committed suicide in 2008.

Really??? lol gang bangers are wannabes anyways so let's give the family a million for being stupid. That's the answer to if all. 99% of the time they are getting money from the government to pay the bills. No need for more free money. My opinion
