Well, I have one and my SO has 3... I couldn't imagine marrying him and not having a baby (when we're ready financially etc ) .. so FIVE!

I have one 16 year old.

I would like one more of my own biological children.

Because of our chosen family structure, there are untold limits on how many children I could help raise.

yep, if my pregnancies were not so horrible with the bad morning sickness that always turns into HG and all the icky symptoms I would easily have 4-5 kids, maybe more, but I do not enjoy pregnancy at all really, so I am debating having a 4th, only because I don't know if the HG is worth going through it a 4th time!!

For me personally I wouldnt want to have more than three. I feel like I wouldnt be able to keep up with, or divide my attention fairly, between 4 or more kids plus DH, and myself. Not to mention financially. I know some women who can, but I'm just not one of them lol. To each their own I guess.

Well my answer was three for along time till we had a oops. I was so upset for the first week of shock. Then I got used to it and was picking names and stuff but lost my baby at 7 weeks. Decided to ttc for my forth got used to that fact we were gonna be a family with four and now I feel like im missing a child. So now my number is four! ;-)

I'm the opposite.
My pregnancies are a breeze, its like my body doesn't even know I'm pregnant which is the problem. Too many C-sections, too many surgeries. I cannot put my body through that much stress.

3 or 4. I don't like odd number's so i'm leaning more towards 4..however, I have difficult pregnancies so who knows if i will get my other two. 5 kids would be too many..no more than 4 for sure.

yeah that is another thing for me, I am going to try for a VBA2C, just so that possible 4th child option remains open. If I have a third c-section, I will definitely be done, I HATE c-sections and they are just too risky for future pregnancies as well. I really hope I get my vbac, I will be so upset if the decision to not have more kids is made by a surgery instead of my own self.

2 biological, unless I end up pregnant with twins this go around. This body is only spitting out 2 kids total or should I say I'm only going through pregnancy twice.
I'm open to fostering and adopting down the road.

I would love to have a third baby eventually, but I'd be more than happy with the two we already have if the "perfect" time never comes. I would go crazy with anything more than that though, and I only want the maybe baby once my youngest is at least 10 years old. I don't mind starting over, and I REALLY want to try for a vba2c. (:
