With my oldest, at 4 months, as this was when his pediatrician recommended. With my 2nd, we started at 6 months but she had problems eating and it was more like 9 months before she was really eating it. With my 3rd, we started at 6 months, and that is the plan with the baby on the way, too

A week before he turned 6 months. He's not incredibly interested but we're still offering. Oh and we're doing BLW no mushy jarred food.
