Im really sorry you're having a hard time adjusting to being a mom. Its stressful to all new mothers no matter what age she is. Anyways I think you should talk with a professional about your pp depression. The only tips I have for getting back into shape are to work out and eat right. I hope you feel better soon. And congrats on your son!

1st before worrying about your body I would seek professional help about ppd. Then, become happier with your life and how things are so you're in the right mindset. After that just drink water *no soda. & eat fresh food. Lean cuisine TV dinners really are not healthy. Rule of thumb- if it expires later than a month from when you buy it, it's not good for you. And walk. Take your precious baby in the stroller and get out in the fresh air. (:

Being a new mommy is tough! I'm so sorry you're struggling in certain areas., but it's obvious you love your son. I agree with the other mamas here...you need to talk to a profession about ppd. Hang in there! :D
