Anyone have a recipe, that SHOWS how to make them? I know all the ingredients already. Where can you buy the sticky rice? Superstore?

You can use any type of rice, it all in how you steam/cook it.
Also here are some links of "How tos" ;

This one may be easier because it's one with all rice inside;

I've made sushi before my tips are Make sure your rice is cooled enough, this help preventing the fish of going bad and over all flavor. Also be careful not to over stuff. You want bite size sushi. Cut everything thin.

Good luck! post some pics ! I love the art of sushi.

Also if you want to go pro, they sell "Sushi rice" at wal-mart, Bi-lo and Target.
It's just a smaller rounder grain. The only type of rice I would say that could make it difficult might be brown or extra long grains like basimati rice.

No problem! Yep, the brand I bought at wal-mart was called 'Rice select' "Sushi rice" it comes in a fancy-ish clear plastic container. I believe I got it on the rice isle, but you might also try looking where all the oriental stuff is.
