So far I have to use the bathroom a lot, I'm having a ton of discharge, and I am super moody and tired.

Is anyone waiting to call the doc? I think I'm going to wait a few weeks before making my first appointment. My doc won't want to see me until closer to 10 weeks anyway.

Quoting Mrs. Kelley ♥ +2:" It's totally normal to spot after sex right? I thought I remembered that happening with DS, but I really ... [snip!] ... light enough that I don't think anyone but me would notice. However it's very visable now (but still really light). So weird!"

The spotting is completely normal. I had that happen with my second and the doctor said it was from irritating my cervix and also probably some left over blood from implantation. I spotted with my second for a few weeks, so we avoided sex until the 2nd trimester. But, it is always scary to see any kind of blood when you are pregnant.

Keeping everything crossed for ya! Try not to stress out, it will be fine!

My DH "threatened" to get an apartment for the next 9 months because of my mood swings and grumpiness lol.

I am. I'm waiting till my new insurance card gets here. I figure they won't see me till I'm 8 weeks anyways so I can wait a few days for it to get here.

Has anyone started telling Family or friends? We told a few friends because we were so excited, but I wanted to wait to tell family. I say wanted because it turns out SO told his mom last night.

I called to make an appointment, just to give me piece of mind. One less thing I have to worry about and I am high risk. This is a new dr. for me so I wanted to make sure I was able to get in since a lot of places around here only take a certain number of pregnancies.

I have been starving for the past few days and when I got up this morning I am starting to feel a little sick. I am not ready for morning sickness yet. It was horrible with my other pregnancies. Thank god I see the doctor on Tuesday. I am going to have them get me a prescrpition for some zofran so I am prepared.

We have told a few people. My mom, DH family (well mom, dad, and brothers) and 2 of my friends who know the struggles we have had. We are waiting to tell everyone else until after either the first appointment or the first US.

On a side note:
My daughter keeps telling me my belly is getting big because I have 2 babies in there. She is also confident that she is going to have 2 sisters, but she wants a brother.
I don't know what I would do if I was preggo with twins!

I wanted to wait till at least 8 weeks to tell anyone else, ESPECIALLY family because of my miscarriage and chemical pregnancy. But nope he had to go and run his big mouth. I guess its a good, I mean it shows he is excited. I just wanted to wait longer...

That's actually one reason why have told the people we have. The last time when I didn't tell anyone and had a chemical a couple days before a family event we got a ton of crap over stuff (totally unrelated to the pregnancy). I wanted to go home because I was totally exhausted both physically and emotionally, they tried to give me crap for going home and not letting my daughter play with her cousin. So we have told a couple people just in case. At least they understand what is going on and we don't have to go through it alone if something bad does happen.

Ah I see. I just don't want anyone making a big deal until we know things are going good. One of those I still refuse to get excited because I don't want to be too let down if something happens.

I totally know what you mean, that's why we haven't told the whole world yet lol. It still hasn't fully sunk in yet, and I don't want to jinx myself lol.
