I had my dd back in oct and considering summer is right around the corner I want to get in shape, ive never been big on diets and soda is a huge issue for me, I dont mind spending money on trying something new, but I dont know where to begin oh btw im still breastfeeding, and I plan on excersing at least 4 times a week, im about 163 but would love to go to about 135 any ideas where I can start? Google healthy meals. Eating healthy doesn't mean eating like a rabbit. You can eat a lot of the same things, just tweak them to be healthier.
