What is the best way to get energy with out consuming any caffeine? I'm not suppose to have caffeine because of my history of kidney stones. I have been extreme tired lately and really need something to boost my energy.

Healthy carbs? Fresh fruit?

I had to stop drinking coffee because of kidney stones, too. I switched to iced tea. Still caffeine in it, but a lot less and does the trick without making me jittery!

I have been eating very good, fruits and salads everyday, taking iron pills...ect..

I started taking B12 when I started going to the gym a while back and it seemed to help some.
