Do diet pills really work?? I can never find the time to get to the gym every day and never have the energy to either. Will diet pills help motivate me and give me the energy and also not to eat so much.

No. Diet and exercise is the only thing that works.

No. Diet pills will not motivate you and I have never heard of them giving you energy or helping control hunger. All of that is you and your mindset.

Yes they do work and can do a lot to help you be motivated. But if you don't change your way of eating/exercise permanently then your results will only be temporary.

No. Diet without a pill & exercise at home  (THAT is what really works)

Okay! Thank you. Going to try to a plan during the day so I can try to loose all of this baby weight off. I want to get back down to the size I was when I had my first son at 135

No. Any weight you lose on a pill you will gain back (and probably some on top of that) as soon as you stop taking it.

Only thing that will work is changing your eating habits and exercising.

If they really worked we wouldn't have so many fat people wandering around.

If you want to gain all your weight back, plus some after you stop taking them.. then sure. Healthy eating and exercise is the only thing that is going to keep weight off long term.

I took phen-fen in college and lost about 100lbs. When it was taken off the market I gained about 40 of it back but because I'd made some lifestyle changes I managed to keep that off for about eight years or so. When I stopped teaching I got really depressed and gained a lot more back but then changed my lifestyle again and have lost 80. It's been slow but what's important is that I've kept it off.

Coming from someone who has tried just about everything out there including ordering pills from other countries they do not give you long term success. A proper diet watching portions and being mindful of what you eat with a steady exercise program will work long term. If you have problems getting to the gym do exercise dvds at home. Go out for a walk/jog/run. You have to kick your butt in gear but once you start eating better and exercising you energy level will naturally go up.
