That'd be colostrum.

Don't sit there and squeeze it out lol, nipple stimulation can trigger contractions!

It's colostrum and it won't ruin your milk because that doesn't come in til after the baby is born. Don't squeeze them though. It can cause and stimulate early contractions

Really, people? A little breast stimulation at 25 weeks is not going to cause preterm labor. That's ridiculous. If that were true, we wouldn't be allowed to have sex either.
No, you're not weird for doing it; I think most first time mamas are curious about what's going on with their b**bs. And no, it won't affect your milk.

I did the same thing when I was pregnant. Nipple stimulation won't make you go into labour. It CAN help trigger contractions, and move things along, but ONLY if your body is ready for it. Chances are at 25 weeks, you'll be fine :) Squeeze away! I liked to freak SO out all the time...lol

I don't believe I said anything to do with PTL. Thanks for putting words in my mouth. I said it can stimulate contractions, not full blown labor.

I do the same thing, its been happening with me for weeks now. Its quite honestly a bit embarassing when you wake up and you and dh are covered in it.
