What did DHS say about the allegations? I would keep records of the incidents & have your SO request that the visits be supervised by someone else

Quoting Future Hapa Mama[8 weeks]:" Get a lawyer?"

We have one. We just had trial for custody.
This 'mom' is on meth and has 5 personality disorders and this is just the beginning. However, all 3 judges told us she can still have Adrianne and doesn't need treatment because she says she doesn't.

This. Best wishes, the child's mother and grandmother are dangerous and you need to protect yourself.

First off, I'm so sorry you're going through this. That really sucks.

Anyway, she is 5. It would probably be best to call CPS yourself, she is old enough to know what the truth is, so when they come and they talk to her in private, just tell her to tell them the truth and be honest.
This is not only to cover your own butt to show that your concerns are for the child, and to show your not afraid to be investigated because you've done nothing wrong, and also open a case against them. You can go and try to make these visits supervised by your SO or yourself, so you know the girl isn't being abused in anyway or lied to.
This is what I would do, I wish you and the little girl the best.

They said they weren't going to do anything about the rape allegations and so did the judge at trial. A new supervisor was requested at trial and they said no. They bent over backwards for this POS and I don't know why. She didn't even have a lawyer and she still got what she wanted.

Find a good attorney, have SO request that the visits are supervised by a social worker from DHS

That's what we did request. We even set someone up to do it and the judge still said no.
