I am 19 weeks pregnant. I have not really worked out with this pregnancy and today I did some squats and held a weight over my head. I have been cramping on my left side all day. Has anyone else experience this?
What made you want to work out suddenly?
My doc always said to not ovedue it, and do what I did before I got pergnant.
You probably over did it. If its nothing something your body is used to then you shouldn't be doing it. Go for a walk do something basic and ease into it but pregnancy is not the time to become a workout nut. Stay healthy and active of course but dont push your beyond its limits.
