I started contracting just after 1am on March 24, and by 3 I was feeling the urge to push already, but didn't think I was that far dilated yet, so I got the hospital bag all ready, got DD dressed, and then we decided to head to the hospital. We got there at 3:42am and 14 minutes later, at 3:56am, my little man was born.

I pushed part of the sac out, and it broke off I guess, then his head came out with the cord around his neck, and then the rest of him came flying out lol. The doctor wasn't in the room yet, so a nurse who has never caught a baby caught him, and she started crying, it was really sweet lol.

When I got there none of them believed me that I'd been having the urge to push and couldn't resist it, until they checked me and I was 9cm already. I can't believe how fast it all went! They didn't have time to get an IV started or anything (yay! I hate those things!).

Anyways, he weighed 7lbs 12oz and was 21.5in long.

He didn't cry at all when he got circumcised, but he did pee all over the place haha. And he didn't cry with any of his shots either, he is amazing!

His name is Asher Liam.

She was beyond nervous, but she had no choice, I said, "Something is coming out!" And she looked and said, "Omgosh it's your sac... and it hasn't popped yet! I've never seen that!" And then I pushed, and it broke, and then his head crowned, so she put on her gown thing super fast and caught him lol.

He's in love with him haha and he knew how much I loved the name, so he told me to put that on his birth certificate, and I think he realizes now Asher fits him perfectly. :D Momma knows best.

I think it was more painful than my first labor, because the contractions were one on top of the other, and obviously they were really moving things along fast haha but yeah, I have no swelling down there, and I didn't tear, both of which I had with my first labor that lasted 12 hours.

Forgot to add the best part!!! My SO was holding my 2 year old daughter, because we didn't have time to call family yet, and no one thought I was actually going to push a baby out yet, so they were standing there when it all happened and my daughter said, "Mommy pooped a baby out!!!" With a big smile on her face haha! Now she keeps telling everyone that.
