Just throw it all in and you're good?

Dice some chicken breasts and veggies, I like carrots, potatoes, celery, and onions. Throw it in with some chicken stock and seasoning you like. (I'm boring and use pepper and rosemary.) Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours depending on when you want it done. Makes damn good chicken stew and it's fairly healthy.

Best tacos ever =
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, uncooked
Your favorite brand of salsa
1 taco bell seasoning mix

Throw it in the crockpot for 4-6 hours. When its finished, shred it with a fork. Wrap it in a low-fat tortilla with all your favorite taco fixin's. Yum.

I made this new thing the other day called angel chicken. It was amazing.

I just used cream of celery, since I don't like mushrooms :) Also used plain cream cheese

Throw in all the veggies and potatoes you want. I do about one bundle of celery, a couple handfuls of carrots, one onion, maybe 6 potatoes to fill about 3/4 my 7qt crock pot. Cover with chicken broth. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook on low 6-8 hours or so. Then once its all tender add 1-2 cups of half and half and about 2-3 cups of shredded cheddar. Yum yum. Tastes good with bacon pieces in it too :) like the pizza topping stuff.
