Everyone keeps asking me when I'm going to stop my LO is 7 months old and I see no end in sight :) at first they said "you will stop when he gets teeth" well he has 2 :D and they didn't bother me!! I always said I might stop at a year but that's only 5 months away... And I don't wanna stop then.

7 months and I did nightly nursings until 10 months. I was just done, I didn't want to do it anymore.

I nursed until six months, not by choice.. My goal was twelve months but I had a huge drop in supply from medications and my son got very frustrated, after two months of fighting I gave up

I only got to like 4 weeks with my first and then gave up, and then with my second I only got to 5 months but we had to stop because of medical reasons not because we wanted to.
I would have gone until she weaned herself if I could have and plan on doing so with my next child if we don't run into the same problems.

Good job on making it to 7 months!!

DS is almost 10 months, and we're still going strong! :D When I was pregnant, I said I was going to go til a year, but DS doesn't seem like he's ready to stop anytime soon....he freaks out if my b**bs aren't in his mouth when he wants them...lol I know if we go past a year, I'm going to get judged by my family...only because I remember my Mom and BIL talking about it, and they made the comment "after a year, I don't think it's much to do with the baby anymore...it's more for the Mother at that point." Oh well, let them judge :)

Six months but not by choice. My supply dried up and I had to go back to work and had no time or place to pump.

Congrats on 7 months, that's great!! I BF with my son until he was 21 months, I stopped because my milk changed/decreased with pregnancy, and I did 15 months with my daughter, she started getting more teeth and used my nipples as teethers. It hurt worse more when she did that than when I first started BFing her! We shall see with this one!
