Does anyone have any tips on how to help sciatic nerve pain? It has been constant for about 5 days. And with my first I had it about the last 6 weeks only. Well I'm about 23 weeks and its causing excruciating pain. Even when I wiggle my toes on the side it hurts the most (left side). I feel my left butt cheek almost tingly too. I have the chin splint pain feeling. I have all of the aches and pains as I did at 8 months last pregnancy. Tips please?!i have tried Tylenol and heating pad so far. I really feel like a p***y right now but I've been through labor before and I know pain. But this shit really fuckin hurts.
Thanks!

Getting on your hands and knees and rolling your hips has helped me. Also a warm bath helps sometimes. Just soak for about 10-20 minutes. I've had it pretty badly myself, to the point of me having to crawl through the house. Haha. It sucks. Feel better!!

Haha yes! I've crawled to the bath tub a few times.
