I blame the lawmakers, not North Dakotans in general.
I just hope it gets overturned. It's a real tragedy.
So many women are going to die from home/illegal abortions, like my great grandmother did in 1925.
So many unwanted babies are going to be dumped or abused/neglected.
It's so misguided and sad.

I think they passed some pretty harsh regulations but not like ND. They do have the longest waiting period though. You have to wait 3 days after seeing a psychiatrist and all that stuff but they can't actually ban it.

Even that they make it so difacult and traumatic makes me sick.
but at least it is legal.
