I would try the police station if I were you. My brother started some fires when we were younger. My dad finally had to have the fire chief have a serious talk wiith him. He didnt start anymore fires after that. Hope it works for you.

I would try the police.

My step dad did this with my sister who was smoking drugs and drinking at the age of 13, didn't help, BUT your son is only 4, soooooooo, good luck! :)

I'd try the police station.
I was"fortunate" enough to use personal Expierence. My son is 8, my mom caught him stealing from the store. When he got home I told him when I was younger Mommy thought it was ok to take things w/o paying once and mommy went to jail. I really did too. The first time someone ever convinced me to shop lift I ended up getting arrested. Never stole again. And he hasn't so far either.

It's all stuff he knows he's not supposed to have. We've put things like scissors, knives, my make up, he's got a deodorant fetish so that's put up too... we put all this stuff up high, out of sight, and we don't do it front of him. He will get a stool and go through stuff. like seriously kid! You have 8 billion toys to play with and this is what you do?!

ETA: Cleaning his room is always interesting too... find so much shit that's gone missing during the week -.-

should also add... this kid is hardly ever left alone for more then a few minutes. He is f**king quick! I don't dare take a 5 minute shower or go pee without him.

Have you thought about taking him to be evaluated for behavioral issues?
