Or around that age, when did they stop believing in the Easter Bunny, tooth fairy, Santa, etc?

If they've never believed or you don't "do" those holidays, etc, feel free to not reply because this doesn't concern you and I dont care

I don't, but I found out Santa wasn't real when I was 9. I was absolutely devastated and harped on it for years.

We don't do those. :P

But Lilli, who is in 1st grade (6 and 7), said most of her friends still believe.

I think 2nd grade (7 and 8) is where kids start going "Hey, wait a second..."

DD is 5, will be 6 in July and she already questions it because kids at school have told her that Santa isn't real. It made me kinda sad. I just told her that he (Santa) would exist as long as she believed in him.

My daughter is 8 and still firmly believes in Santa. Other kids have told her he isn't real and she blows it off. She also KNOWS fairys are real and one day she will see one when they trust her more. LOL She is a little skeptical of the easter bunny but thinks it's better to believe just to be on the safe side.

Also....I want my kid to believe forever  and I'm afraid one day he'll find out and ruin it for his sister :x

If she flat out asks you, do you plan on denying that he's fake? Or will you try to convince her that he does exist?

My son is 6 and says he knows the Easter Bunny is not real because his friends told him. He seems confused becaues he wants to believe he is real but his friends say No. I even took him to see the Easter Bunny and he felt good about it but then he went to school and his friends told him it wasn't real. uuugggghhhhh sooo disappointing....

My brother didn't ruin it for me. IDK when he found out, but he never said a word to me. My parents also said he really didn't care when he found out the truth, where i was seriously heartbroken.
