You said "R" ... I've hear of people using Ritalin to lose weight. And stay up studying all night long.

I took phentermine for 3 months...I was definitely speedy lol. I had to force myself to eat and had tons of energy. I lost almost 20 lbs in those 3 months and kept it off until I became preggo again.

Quoting ~*Icat*~:" definitely not."

If you say so. Just seems strange that a "professional" would refer to it as speed.

ya, it feels like a caffeine overload so jittery for sure. I cut mine in half and took half in the morning and half at lunch. also, when it started wearing off I would get super moody. I always have a hard time sleeping so I'm not sure about that.

that's a good idea to cut it in half. Thanks for sharing your experience with it.

would you have kept using it had you not gotten pregnant?

Quoting ~*Icat*~:" :!::!::!::!: I didn't know it was an illegal drug. I'd heard of it, but had no idea what it really was  I'm fairly sheltered :D"

I *think* speed has other modifications then just Phentermine. But they are in the same drug family. He probably just used it to be relatable.

I was sheltered too. I wouldn't have been able to tell you the difference between weed and crack until I left my parents house lol

um...probably not. I plan on using it to kickstart losing the baby weight this time as well, but for no longer than 3 months. I just dont want to have to depend on something forever. My Aunt has been taking it for almost a year now and has dropped over 50 lbs. Expect your house (and kids, dog, car, yard, etc.) to be super duper clean lol.

yea, he said it would give me energy, too. I doubt he would let me just stay on it forever. I'd hate to become dependent. But that is good to know.
